With more than 60 years of experience in building vaporizers for a wide variety of media, we also offer you proven and reliable units for the vaporization of ammonia. All our ammonia vaporizers are indirectly heated, either via a solid aluminium body, like the dry-type vaporizers of type ETA8TO, or via a water-based heat transfer medium, like the units of the ESA and WA series.
They are built in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) and AD 2000-Merkblatt HP 801 No. 34. The ETA8TO is designed for hazardous area Zone 2, the ESA and WA for Zones 1 and 2.
The dry-type vaporizers of the ETA8TO series are suitable for vaporization rates between 5 and 30 kg/h NH₃ at saturation conditions. They do not need an external control unit. For larger demand, operating conditions outside saturation conditions, installation in Zone 1 or increased requirements for control or evaluation of operating parameters, the units of the ESA and WA series with their own control cabinet are available. All vaporizers are available as an individual unit or as a vaporizer system, with a tailored scope of supply.
