How it works
The units of the ETA series, known as solid-state or dry-type vaporizers, are electrically heated and are suitable for vaporization rates of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 kg/h at saturation conditions. They are characterized by a small footprint, simple operating parameters and lower maintenance requirements.
Vaporization takes place via a vaporizer coil that is cast into an aluminium block together with a heating system. Neither the heater nor the tube coil can be replaced.
For larger demand, operating conditions outside saturation conditions, installation in hazardous area Zone 1 or increased requirements for control or evaluation of operating parameters, the wet-type vaporizers of the ESA series and the WA series are available.
