TORPEDO builds complete vaporizer stations that are turnkey from the gas tank to the point of use and take all your specifications and needs into account. The company’s many years of experience and expertise in its specialist field help to optimize the system into the most elegant solution.
Your benefits
- You do not have to take care of procuring the components yourself.
- All components are optimally matched to one another.
- There are no differing delivery times to take into account.
- Installation is simple and quick.
While the vaporizers, as standard-size pressure equipment, are tied to a type-examined design, all kinds of special requirements can be taken into account when designing a system, and the most suitable components can be selected and optimally integrated (individual unit or system?).
System types
The heating method depends on the local conditions: electric, with hot water from the heating network, with steam or via a dedicated boiler fired with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) (which heating method is right for you?).
Ammonia systems
Depending on consumption, ammonia is withdrawn from cylinders, cylinder bundles, drums or storage tanks. Because it is toxic, corrosive and flammable and must not escape in an uncontrolled manner, the number, position and type of connections, valves, shut-offs and purge connections must be planned very carefully. The decisive factors are the planned consumption, the frequency of container changes and the safety precautions available.
We will be pleased to advise and support you in planning your ammonia supply system, drawing on our specialist know-how from many years of experience. You will find what we need to know for this in the planning notes for ammonia.
