How it works
The ESA series is indirectly electrically heated and works with a liquid heat transfer medium based on a mixture of antifreeze, inhibitors and water. The vaporizer coil is immersed in the water bath (wet-type vaporizer).
The advantage is that heater ratings and heat transfer surfaces are easier to adapt, even for demanding tasks. The tube coil and heating system are separate and fully repairable. The control cabinet using thermostat and relay technology is easy to maintain and can be adapted to various requirements.
The ESA series is suitable for larger demand, for operating conditions outside saturation conditions, for installation in hazardous area Zones 1 and 2 and for increased requirements for control or evaluation of operating parameters. The control cabinet is installed outside the hazardous area.
