How it works
The vaporizers of the WA series are the largest ammonia vaporizers in the product range (hot-water vaporizer). They work with an externally heated heat transfer medium, a water/antifreeze mixture that circulates in a closed circuit in the system. The heat transfer medium circuit is connected to the customer’s heating system via a heat exchanger.
The advantage is that heater ratings and heat transfer surfaces are easier to adapt, even for demanding tasks. The tube coils are fully repairable. The control cabinet using thermostat and relay technology is easy to maintain and can be adapted to various requirements.
The heat transfer medium circuit with heat exchanger and pump is usually provided by the customer on site. If the heating system has more than one heat consumer, the vaporizer circuit must be hydraulically separated; if the vaporizer is the only heat consumer, the heat exchanger can be omitted. The control cabinet is installed outside the hazardous area.
